Scottish smoked salmon and caviar roulade, mini cod fish cake and homemade blinis

Poached pear, black pepper goats cheese on toasted brioche with raspberry vinaigrette (v)

Local sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, caramelised onion, roast potatoes,selection of winter vegetables and red wine jus

 Roast leg of lamb, roast potatoes, braised red cabbage, caramelised parsnip and rosemary jus

Oven roasted supreme of chicken with savoy cabbage and spinach, dauphinoise potatoes, celeriac purée and thyme jus

 Poached Salmon and pan seared monkfish, pak choi and red pepper, saffron and dill velouté

Roasted butternut squash, courgette and parmesan tart, crispy fennel and tomato salad, parsley new potatoes (v)
